钢丝绳层间过渡块（简称过渡块）是由一组多块组成，在层间变换部位沿挡绳板呈圆周布置，减小钢丝绳层间变化时对提升容器造成的冲击，有效减轻咬绳、挤绳现象。实现平稳过渡，延长设备及钢丝绳的使用寿命。
本产品主要材质有尼龙和超高分子，不仅强度高，而且重量轻、避免了因钢制过渡块重量大，导致提升机卷筒在运行时出现的跳动现象。
